Data we collect

• Inquiry form: name, company, email, country, part numbers, quantities and your message, plus optional phone number and target date.
• Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, processed by our hosting and security providers.
• Inquiry list: parts you add are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you submit or remove them.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To protect the website and forms against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To keep business records of inquiries and quotations.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making, and do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Service providers

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile anti-bot check.
• An email delivery service that forwards your inquiry to our sales mailbox.
• If enabled, the LINE Messaging API, used only to notify our staff that a new inquiry has arrived.

These providers may process data in other countries. We use them only for the purposes described here.

Cookies and analytics
