Quality

Clear part identification and confirmed specifications are the basis of every quotation we send. Effective date: 2026-10-09.

One part number, one specification

Each catalog item has a unique DG part number. Part pages show the catalog data version (date) the specification comes from. Option suffixes such as -N and -316 are added to the order code so the requested variant is unambiguous.

Specifications confirmed before order

Website data is for selection and reference. Binding specifications — material, thread, dimensions, working pressure and temperature — are confirmed in the quotation or an approved drawing before the order. Parts whose material still needs confirmation are flagged on the part page.

Inspection reports

If you need an inspection report, please request it when submitting an inquiry.

Quality concerns

If a delivered part does not match the agreed specification, please contact sales@dngs-parts.com with the part number, order reference, affected quantity and photos. We will respond within 3 business days. Each case is handled individually.
